Objective: School picnic provides a great opportunity for students to cherish wonderful experience and face a range of challenges that can contribute significantly to their personal development. Hence, it is important that students must participate in the picnics as it provides a holistic education.

Outcome: Time out in the sun or enjoying any physical activity while on a picnic is good for overall physical health. It helps to give our muscles a workout. It also increases the absorption of calcium into the bones which are good for bone health, particularly for the children.
