       Safety Demo Procession

Report in brief:

Safety Demo Procession  was celebrated by the students of LKG to II   on 2^nd Dec 2022 . The programme started at 8:45 AM and ended at 9:30 AM. No. of participants in this programme were 250 . Items performed in this programme were rhymes,dance and speeches . At 11.30am safety demo procession was conducted by these children. They explained safety rules to the parents by using different props. Students were appreciated by the parents .

• In this programme children were taught traffic rules & road safety measures.
• They were also told what are the benefits of maintaining road safety.

Children enjoyed it.

PURPOSE: The aim of celebrating the  road safety procession  is to promote road safety measures in the community, schools, colleges, workplaces, on roads and etc. Road safety education is as essential as any other basic skills of survival. Our aim is to provide road safety information for road users to encourage safer road user behaviour among current and prospective road users and reduce the number of people killed and injured on our roads every year.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

5. Recognize potentially unsafe, dangerous or risky situations and behaviours.
5. To learn the right way of following traffic rule & road safety measures.
5. To decrease and completely remove out the road accidents and injury cases by applying the road safety measures.
